Our boneless Wagyu Ribeye is prized for its rich marbling, tender texture, and beefy flavor. Featuring the coveted F1 Wagyu-Angus crossbreed, widely known as American Wagyu, or what we call: Texas Wagyu

We hand-trim and cut our ribeye steaks to a 1.25" thickness. Each steak includes both the tender eye and richly flavored cap, offering a perfect balance of texture and taste. Our Wagyu Ribeye has a generous Intramuscular Fat (IMF) content, allowing for a perfectly seared, caramelized crust.

Cut & Sourcing

Hand-cut to order in our Keller shop. Our beef and pork start on Outpost 76, our East Texas ranch, then our butchers break it down by hand. Want a specific thickness or trim? Just ask at the counter.

Shipping & Pickup

Order by noon for same-day in-store or curbside pickup in Keller. We also ship frozen, vacuum-sealed, and insulated for 1-2 day delivery nationwide, with local delivery available within 10 miles. Keep your cuts frozen until you're ready, then thaw in the refrigerator.

How to cook your Wagyu Ribeye

    Cast iron sear

  • Heat

    Medium-high

  • Time

    2 to 3 minutes per side

  • Internal temp

    Pull at 120°F, rest to 125 to 130°F (medium-rare)

Butcher's tipNo oil needed, the marbling self-bastes. Render the fat edge 30 seconds extra, and do not go past medium.
