What type of beef and pork do we offer?

We offer a selection of premium Angus, F1 Texas Wagyu, and Fullblood Wagyu beef. Each cut is meticulously sourced from our ranch and known for its superior marbling, flavor, and tenderness. We also raise premium Heritage-bred pigs, including Duroc, Red Waddle, and Berkshire. 

Our beef is grass-fed and grain-finished, with over 70% of their feed ration sourced directly from our farm. Our pigs are pasture-raised, allowing for a more complex flavor than that of CAFO-raised pork programs. 

Is your beef Halal or Kosher-certified?

Yes, all of our beef is 100% halal certified and processed locally in North Fort Worth, ensuring it meets the highest standards for quality and ethical practices.

How is our beef graded?

Our beef is graded using the Beef Marbling Score (BMS) system. We offer both Gold and Platinum Angus, as well as high-grade Wagyu, ensuring a range of marbling options to suit your preference.

What is the difference between Angus, Texas Wagyu, and Fullblood Wagyu?

Angus is known for its rich flavor and moderate marbling, Texas Wagyu (a cross between Wagyu and Angus) offers enhanced marbling with robust beef flavor, and Fullblood Wagyu provides the highest marbling and unparalleled tenderness.

Do you offer custom butchery?

Currently, our custom butchery services are only available in-store to meet your specific needs. Whether you require a particular cut or bulk orders, our skilled butchers are here to help. Visit our store today at 1801 S Main St 76248.

How does online ordering work?

Orders placed before 12pm on business days (Wednesday-Saturday 11am-7pm, Sunday 11am-4pm) are available for same-day in-store or curbside pickup at our Keller location. We also offer delivery within a 10-mile radius for $30 on orders over $150. Orders placed after 12pm will be fulfilled the next business day. Currently, we offer shipping to the Southern US, with shipping options shown at checkout once you enter your address. All orders are shipped using dry ice or gel packs with insulated styrofoam inserts to ensure freshness.
