Where is The Market at Outpost located?
Our butcher shop is at 1801 S Main St, Keller, TX 76248. Stop in to walk the case and talk cuts with the team.
What are your hours?
Wednesday-Thursday: 11am-7pm. Friday-Saturday: 11am-8pm. Sunday: 11am-5pm. Monday and Tuesday: Closed.
Do you ship?
Yes. We ship frozen, vacuum-sealed, and insulated for 1-2 day delivery nationwide. Local delivery is also available within 10 miles of the shop.
Can I order online for pickup?
Absolutely. Order online and choose same-day in-store or curbside pickup in Keller. Order by noon for same-day pickup.
Where does your meat come from?
Our beef and pork are raised on Outpost 76, our ranch in Sulphur Springs, Texas, then hand-cut to order by our butchers in Keller.
How do whole and half cow orders work?
Reserve a whole or half online and we will break it down to your preferences. Custom packaging, local pickup, and delivery are available. Reach out and we will walk you through every step.
Do you do custom cuts?
Yes. Tell us the thickness, trim, or portion size you want at the counter and our butchers will cut it to order.
How is my order packaged?
Cuts are vacuum-sealed to lock in freshness. Shipped orders go out frozen and insulated with ice packs; pickup orders are wrapped fresh from the case.
Do you offer a subscription or recurring box?
Yes. Build Your Box lets you pick the cuts you want and have them delivered on a monthly or quarterly schedule. You choose every cut, we handle the rest.
How should I store and thaw my meat?
Keep cuts frozen until you are ready to use them, then thaw slowly in the refrigerator. The vacuum seal keeps everything fresh in the freezer.
Can I place a large or catering order?
Absolutely. For large, event, or catering orders, contact the shop and we will put together exactly what you need.
