Your animal is born and raised on Outpost 76, our ranch in Sulphur Springs, then broken down by hand in our Keller shop to your exact cut sheet. Steaks, roasts, ground, brisket, and everything in between, vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen, ready to stock the freezer for months.
It is the best value we sell. You buy by hanging weight, which lands at far less per pound than buying cut by cut at the case, and one order keeps premium beef on your table all year.
How it works: reserve your half or whole with a deposit, we confirm your cut sheet (steak thickness, roast sizes, how much ground, and more), then we hand-cut, vacuum-seal, and freeze your order for pickup in Keller or local delivery.
