Outpost 76 Cattle Operations, Inc.
In 2020, we acquired a former dairy farm in Sulphur Springs, TX. From there, our team spent 18 months transforming it into our cattle operation: Outpost 76.
Our objective was to focus on Wagyu and Angus beef, as well as a Heritage-bred pasture pork program. During this time, we launched our first restaurant, Horizon 76 American Grill House. By January 2022, we sent our first animals to be slaughtered and processed- effectively launching our wholesale program. Soon after, we opened our second restaurant, Outpost 36 BBQ, right next door to Horizon 76.
As of 2024, our products are sold in the DFW area, Austin/San Antonio, Houston, and grocery stores throughout the Midwest. In June of this year, our team opened our brick-and-mortar butcher shop: The Market at Outpost, located inside Outpost 36 BBQ. The market embodies our dedication to providing the finest meats, with a focus on quality, ethical sourcing, and innovation.
