Outpost 76 Cattle Operations, Inc.
In 2020, we acquired a former dairy farm in Sulphur Springs, TX. From there, our team spent 18 months transforming it into our cattle operation: Outpost 76.
Our objective was to focus on Wagyu and Angus beef, as well as a Heritage-bred pasture pork program. During this time, we launched our first restaurant, Horizon 76 American Grill House. By January 2022, we sent our first animals to be slaughtered and processed- effectively launching our wholesale program. Soon after, we opened our second restaurant, Outpost 36 BBQ, right next door to Horizon 76. Â
As of 2024, our products are sold in the DFW area, Austin/San Antonio, Houston, and grocery stores throughout the Midwest. In June of this year, our team opened our brick-and-mortar butcher shop: The Market at Outpost, located inside Outpost 36 BBQ. The market embodies our dedication to providing the finest meats, with a focus on quality, ethical sourcing, and innovation.
