Our Texas Wagyu Standing Rib Roast, also known as Prime Rib, is a classic cut from the rib primal of our crossbred F1 Wagyu-Angus cattle. This roast is renowned for its rich marbling and tender texture, making it a popular choice for special occasions.

The bone-in design adds flavor and helps retain juiciness during roasting. Perfect for a holiday feast or a special family dinner, this roast delivers a memorable dining experience.

Hand-cut to order in our Keller shop. Our beef and pork start on Outpost 76, our East Texas ranch, then our butchers break it down by hand. Want a specific thickness or trim? Just ask at the counter.

Shipping & Pickup

Order by noon for same-day in-store or curbside pickup in Keller. We also ship frozen, vacuum-sealed, and insulated for 1-2 day delivery nationwide, with local delivery available within 10 miles. Keep your cuts frozen until you're ready, then thaw in the refrigerator.

On the heat

How to cook your Wagyu Prime Rib Roast

  • Best method

    Slow roast, then high-heat sear

  • Heat

    250°F oven, then 550°F to build the crust

  • Time

    About 25 to 30 minutes per pound at 250°F, then 4 to 8 minutes to sear

  • Internal temp

    Pull at 115 to 120°F, rest 20 to 30 min to 125 to 130°F (medium-rare)
