REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our products, our refund and return policy is as follows:

At The Market at Outpost, we take pride in offering only the highest quality meats. Our policy states that we only accept returns or exchanges within 24 hours of your purchase or shipment arrival date. Refunds or exchanges are handled on a case‑by‑case basis. Because our meats are perishable, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to troubleshoot any issues. We will gladly refund or replace any spoiled, defective, damaged, or incorrect products—simply email jordan@op76cattle.com with a description and photos if possible.

To qualify, the meat must be in its original, raw form, and the packaging must be minimally damaged or intact. We cannot accept returns on any cooked or altered products (e.g., smoked brisket, braised short ribs). If your product meets these conditions, please bring it back to the store, and we will gladly offer an exchange or refund. For non-local customers, please dispose of any damaged products and your account will be credited with a refund, or you will receive a replacement order. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All orders are vacuum‑sealed, flash‑frozen, and packed with dry ice in insulated materials to protect against high temperatures. If your meat arrives partially or fully thawed but still cool to the touch, it remains safe to consume. You may notice slight discoloration in some cuts; this natural reaction to oxygen removal does not affect quality or flavor.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
