Place your non-refundable deposit online for your Whole Wagyu Beef Share, then download and complete your customizable cut sheet. Current processing times are 3-6 weeks from harvest to packaging. Once your animal is processed, we will send a final invoice due at pickup. 

ALL-NATURAL TEXAS BEEF

Our beef is sourced from our own East Texas ranch, Outpost 76. We raise 100% Angus and F1 American Wagyu beef without GMOs, mRNA vaccines, hormones, or antibiotics. Our cattle are grass-fed and grain-finished, resulting in unmatched marbling and rich, beefy flavor.

PROCESSING & CUSTOM BUTCHERY

Once your steers are harvested at our USDA‑inspected Fort Worth facility, we age the carcass for a minimum of 14 days. From there, our in-house butchers follow your custom cut sheet to trim, portion, and flash-freeze your beef. Your beef will be packaged based on your selected specs. 

EASY PAYMENT & DELIVERY OPTIONS

The full price for a whole Wagyu beef is a flat fee of $6,800. This includes USDA-processing, custom butchery, and packaging. To reserve your whole Wagyu beef, we require a $3400 non-refundable deposit. Once your bulk beef order is ready (about 2-4 weeks), you’ll receive a secure payment link for the remaining balance and select a fulfillment option.

We offer FREE pickup at our Keller TX storefront, flat-rate delivery throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, and nationwide shipping (fees vary by location).

REFUND POLICY

ALL bulk beef share deposits are non‑refundable. Your deposit helps us plan feed, finishing, and harvest schedules on our Sulphur Springs ranch. We appreciate your commitment to sustainably raised beef and thank you for supporting our family farm.

 

Cut & Sourcing

Hand-cut to order in our Keller shop. Our beef and pork start on Outpost 76, our East Texas ranch, then our butchers break it down by hand. Want a specific thickness or trim? Just ask at the counter.

Shipping & Pickup

Order by noon for same-day in-store or curbside pickup in Keller. We also ship frozen, vacuum-sealed, and insulated for 1-2 day delivery nationwide, with local delivery available within 10 miles. Keep your cuts frozen until you're ready, then thaw in the refrigerator.
