How to cook your Wagyu Tomahawk

  • Best method

    Reverse sear

  • Heat

    225 to 250°F oven, then a 500°F+ sear

  • Time

    Oven 30 to 45 min, then 1 to 2 minutes per side

  • Internal temp

    Pull at 120 to 125°F, rest to 130 to 135°F (medium-rare)
